Books about Birding in Mexico

Howell, S.N.G. & Webb, S. A guide to the birds of Mexico and Northern Central America
- Essential illustrated guide to Mexican birds.  The only downside is the weight and the fact that it doesn't include the North American migrants.

Sibley, D.A. The Sibley Guide to Birds
- Useful, though heavy, companion to the above.  This book covers all North American birds and thus covers the migrants to Mexico not covered in Howell and Webb.

Howell, S.N.G.  A bird-finding guide to Mexico
- Some useful information on some of the top birding sites in Mexico.  Many of the site guides are out of date, however, due to the huge amount of development that has occurred recently.  Still a valuable resource, though.
